Background
Fabiola holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Microbiology and has completed graduate coursework in Food Science and Technology from the University of Puerto Rico. Working with Food Safety since 2015, she has completed training in Good Manufacturing Practice, Preventive Controls for Human Foods, HACCP for Seafood and Juice, Foreign Supplier Verification Program, Dietary Supplements CGMPs, and others.
