This course is designed to ensure that your food product labeling meets FDA’s requirements. Learn about general food labeling requirements for conventional foods and dietary supplements and to ensure that the claims made about the product are compliant with FDA strict regulations that govern such statements.

Instructor
Anna Benevente is our Director of Product, Labeling, and Ingredient Review. She has assited Registrar Corp’s clients with labeling analysis and compliance for over 15 years. Ms. Benevente manages a team of Regulatory Specialists that conduct reviews for products in the food, supplement, cosmetic, over-the-counter drug, and device categories. She has also conducted multiple webinars and spoken at trade events regarding U.S. FDA requirements for these regulated industries.
This course was developed by Cynthia Weber. Ms. Weber is our Director of Online Training and has over 25 years of national and international experience in Food Safety Management. She has designed resources, training, consulting, and documentation tools for food safety systems including PCQI, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SQF, BRCGS, and ISO 9001 which have been used worldwide. Ms. Weber has also been a registered SQF Trainer and consultant, an approved trainer (ATP) for BRCGS, a Lead Auditor for GFSI Schemes, participated in the Approved Training Organization Program with FSSC 22000 and was an FSSC 22000 approved trainer. She is a Lead Instructor for FSPCA.
