This course introduces the employee to HACCP, the hazards controlled by HACCP, and their role in keeping food safe with HACCP and the HACCP Plan.
Overview
Meet FSMA & GFSI scheme requirements for training employees on the basics of HACCP. Employees learn about their important role in keeping food safe.
Convenient online training includes video, audio & interactive quizzes—print certificates of completion.
The course takes 20-30 minutes to complete. It includes video, narration, and interactive quizzes. If the employee doesn’t pass the quiz, they must re-watch the video and try again. Once they complete the course, they may download or print a certificate of completion.
The course is available in English and Spanish. The student may select the language they prefer as they begin the course.
