Meet FSMA & GFSI scheme requirements for training employees on the basics of HACCP. Employees learn about their important role in keeping food safe.

Convenient online training includes video, audio & interactive quizzes—print certificates of completion.

The course takes 20-30 minutes to complete. It includes video, narration, and interactive quizzes. If the employee doesn’t pass the quiz, they must re-watch the video and try again. Once they complete the course, they may download or print a certificate of completion.

The course is available in English and Spanish. The student may select the language they prefer as they begin the course.

(NOTE: This is a 30-minute introduction to HACCP for employees, not the longer HACCP Certification course for SQF Practitioners or FSSC 22000 Food Safety Team Leaders. You can find that course here. )
