The FSSC 22000 Auditor training was exactly what I needed to start internal audits of our policy and procedures at my company. The virtual exercises work well to teach you how to conduct an audit if you throw yourself into it. The review section of the training brushed on HAACP planning, Corrective action tracking, food fraud mitigation, food defense, allergen containment, and other topics found in ISO 22000. It was a helpful review prior to the taking on the auditor training. In addition, the auditor training was insightful, and the practical application provided was very similar to my own company's document control system. Clicking through the procedures and policies of "Mandy's Vanilla", I now see changes we can make to our own policies and procedures, as well as our record keeping process. It is a comfort to know we are keeping up with Food Safety System Certificate 22000 (ISO/TS22002-1) standards.

The material was well structured and mimicked the work environment exceptionally well. It gave the trainee 'practical' insight into the real auditing world. Will definitely recommend it to others!!!
