Step 1 – Check All Mandatory Label Elements

We review your labels on the product and package to confirm they include all required elements under EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 Article 19, including:

  • Name and address of the Responsible Person (EU and/or UK)

  • Batch number or reference to identify the product
